💰 What currency do prices appear on the site?
All prices are in Omani (OMR) and change by region.
📦 You have submitted an application, when will it be shipped?
Please allow 24-48 hours before shipping your order. Average shipping times are 8-12 working days, excluding holidays. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 working days after your order is shipped.
If you do not receive a tracking number after 5 working days, please contact us on chic@fullafashion.com.
🔄 I am not satisfied with my order, can it be returned? What if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% refund guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it to us to recover the full amount.
You must recharge at your own expense, and once we receive the product, we will recover the full payment.
Please include the name and application number for the returned parcel.
Note: If your expulsion is on the way, you must wait for his arrival and then return it before recovering the amount.
🚫 Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without any fine! But you must do this before shipping it. If the request is already sent, you can use our return system to recover the amount.
